Excessive oil gunk coming from exhaust valve bleed tube 09 600 rmk

Hey guys My 600 has mods shown in sig and has been running strong this season besides the odd bog. I have compared the amount of bleed off in my belly pan compared to carb'd 07 600 and the amount mine is putting out after a few rides seams ridiculous. I have cleaned the line to ensure it wasn't clogged and have only run Polaris Synthetic oil. What do you guys think? My engine is reving out to 8300 8400 is this to high? Dont mind the hay, I ride in the prairies

Thanks for looking

My 09 700 spews that crap too, but I don't notice it as I have run the vent line outside of the engine compartment. Look closely at the upper A-arm mount. The hose sticking down is my vent line. I get some spew on my a-arms, but it's a heck of a lot easier to clean than that area. There should already be a hole in the plastic in that area. I used a file to make so the hose just barely fits.

gunk

keep the post coming, ive got a 09 iqr 600 race and only after a couple of climbs and rides its dumping alot more out of that hose than i thought it should,it also runs so rich ive got enough fuel for 2 sleds i think-i havent had a chance to tear into it yet,but i will post if i find out anything.

Most of the oil probably came with the first run of the season. Sometimes oil will drain into your block over the summer and get blown out when you fire it up in the fall. Check your oil pump and cable to make sure it is not staying open. Clean it up and see if it reappears in excess, I'll bet you don't see as much the rest of the season.

I actually just pulled my engine and replaced my oiler at the start of the season and its set slightly higher than stock, I plan to turn it back down. during today's ride my sled started to bog from 7000-7300 and I found out i had a torn exhaust valve. I replaced it tonight and will be riding tomorrow so hopefully I have lost the bog.
