o yeah, i forgot to add i cleaned the oil up.. didnt find where its coming from.. but gonna go ride tomorrow and check again after the ride.

thanks for the help

the pipes leak till you get some miles on it..its where the grafil donut hasnt seated into the pipe flange yet..clean up the mess and it should be sealed by now I would think....

Don't the Pros use the same power-valve solenoid as the IQ sleds that drains into the belly pan?
yes they do, but my dragon has never put anything near that much oil into the corner of the nose where the hose is..and if you look, where his is leaking oil is right under the y-pipe/manifold joint,(same place my pro was leaking when new).....

Ok, that makes sense, it was hard to reference the angle of the pics at first as I don't have one. The oil definitely looks burnt as though it is from somewhere on the exhaust half of the process though and that is why I thought the valve hose.:beer;

thanks for the replys.. i did clean the mess up and will go try it again tomorrow and report back..

aksnowrider, is your pro still leaking??? how many miles did u put on b4 it stopped?

mines only got 120 miles on it..honestly havent looked since the first time ...but my dragon has done it everytime I replaced the donut..normally quits after a 100 miles or so..will take a look tomorrow and see if its leaked anymore(thing has been pull and go so I havent popped a panel open on it except to check the oil level in the bottle..)

mine has been the same way.. no problems. just opened it up todo a complete inspection, being it was a new sled.. not sure how if the dealer might have forgot to tighten something or somethings along that line.

i got 160 miles on mine and have yet to tighten the track.. doesnt seem too loose to me.. have u had to tighten yours up yet?? how tight should the track be?

I had to tighten mine the first day..twice..of course mines maiden voyage was 3 ft of good powder and a doo etec..so it got ran hard...:face-icon-small-sho......and gave the etec a lesson in climbing...:face-icon-small-hap.....look in the tunnel..is there any black marks from the track hitting the tunnel roof? if so its too loose....

haha nice!!!

will check for that in the morning. thanks for the info

My exh donut leaked too. Cleaned it after the first 30 miles. After the next 40 miles, still a little oil. Cleaned that up, stays dry now.

Just the exhaust donut. If it doesn't seal itself, you can high temp it, also.

You can run a long piece of fuel line off the selonoid all the way to the chaincase pit, if it's a problem. Fish it out of the bulkhead through the front mag motor mount access hole. End of issue.

Mine leaked oil from the donut for a while, but continues to leak from the exhaust valve solenoid. My 09 leaked from the solenoid its entire life. Even would drip on the garage floor after melting and sitting for a few days.
