Excess Oil Used

I recently just put a 1200BB in my M1000 and touched nothing on the oil pump or anything like that since it was stock.

I went through a tank and a half of fuel out riding and used enough oil that my oil light would flash coming down the trail when I accelerated.

Would the 1200 creat more vaccum thus sucking more oil? or is there something wrong with my oil pump?

It never used this much oil before I could ride two days on one tank of oil.

Any thoughts would be great.

Should I look at getting rid of the oil injection incase something is messing up with the pump?

With the control rod, instead of the cable operating the pump, moving the throttle bodies in and out of the boots can change your oil setting.

I realize that but I did no work to the bottom end of my engine at all. All i did was change the pistons, cylinder and head no work on the throttle bodies at all.
