Excell header pipe warped and broken

Has anyone had problems with a header pipe on a nytro SC warping and breaking. Has an Excell pipe on it. Have about 2000 miles on it never changed anything just ran it. Do I have exhaust temp problems or is excell pipe to light to take the SC.

Just took old pipe off and what a mess. Donuts are in great shape. Excell header pipe has been falling apart to some time, welds are all cracked/broken, pipes are warped bad. Still don't know but is excell pipe built from to light of steel? Any info would be great thanks.

yup, i had an excell on my nytro for a while i won't buy another one. Material is WAY too thin. I dont understand why they try to build them so light. There is a certain amount of stress on the header from chassis flex, muffler weight, etc it needs to be strong. Mine fell apart too they are junk. Get the AAEN header it is MUCH beefier.
