Evo Turbie motor mounts?

I am installing the kit and in the directions it says to install a washer on the insert that goes into the rubber mount and I was not supplied with a washer or was this on earlier kits? Also was I suppost to put a washer on the pto and mag and or on the concentric. (sorry about spelling)

You have one of the earlier kits and the washer was something that we felt would give a bit more support to the mag side due to the small shoulder that is on that side that is used to turn the eccentric. My sled has the earlier mounts and it is sitting right where I placed it so its not a big deal but we felt that it would be better.
