Ethanol Non-Ethanol???

I picked up new PRO and have been hearing what gas to run? Can someone explain this to me? I have a gas station that sells both right down the street. Do I need to buy some chip? Are the benefits worth it? I realize one or the other, and would need to haul my own gas around if I go Non-Ethanol to insure I have it when I need it.

Premium Non Ethanol, most power, best fuel economy, best quality fuel. You have a jumper plug in your tool kit to change back and forth. If you get stuck with Ethanol in some remote location just change the jumper plug back, it's that simple.
