erratic miss at low rpm on PL apex any ideas

i have a PL apex with about five rides on the new tubo setup about half way though the day last time it developed an erratic miss at low rpm. i cant seem to find any problems with the coils, plugs, or fuel controler, anybody got any other ideas id be glad to hear them thanks.
 
Low Rpm.. are you talking going down the trail at about 6000rpm or just right off the bottom? And are you running a RB3 box?
 
any codes did you look through your diagnostics on your gauge it will show you if things arnt working.
 
did you grease all your connestions? pull the plug on your tps and see if there is a bad corrosion on one of the terminals or do a dianostic on the tps, make sure the number run smoothly up 15-96, with no skipping numbers. You need to check your codes. more info would help us with your troubles.

how do you run the tps dianostics?
 
it is missing from idle to about 55oo rpm i am running an rb3 box and dave at pl just sent me the newest project. my sled is not throwing any diagnostics codes on the factory gauge pod. not sure what the tps diagnostics are or how to run them.
 
Could be too lean or rich, go for a ride and try to keep in that RPM range to see what your a/f is running at. I find good throttle response around 13.5 to 14.0 in the bottom end. How much timing has been added in the bottom/lower mid? Sounds like it is too lean to me?

Moisture

Does it stall or just miss? Last year I found water had gotten in the connections on my RB3 box (Nytro kit) causing it to miss and stall. To solve I used compressed air to blow the moisture out, re-installed connections with di-electric grease, and hid them away from snow. No problems since.
