Environmental impact of sleds? INFO?

I am in the process of writing a opinion based research project.

My mission is to create an article with information that is non-biased and that will better inform people about the environmental impact of snowmobiles in the North West.

I was wondering if anyone knows of some really good (not for or against) snowmobile information. I would greatly appreciate any help! So if anyone has good info or links, please post them!

good luck finding info. i tried doing this for an english paper in hs but all the info i found was anti-snowmobiling......never found anything helpful. might check sites like SAWS etc. they might have some info
