engine tech 860 kit for polrais 800. includes billet cyl's, pistons, billet head with interchangeable domes, upper and lower ported cases, exhaust valves. all in excellent shape also includes spare set of pistons. $2000 for kit or $2400 with set of slp race pipes
 
yes you can run a slp single pipe, i have run a single with this motor, maybe a little less hp on top but runs very nice with a single and the heads are 14.1 which technically should be fine with pump gas at elevation but i always run 2 gallons of race per tank just to not have to worry about it.
 
yes i still have it, i am located in lake tahoe ca. everything is fresh, cylinders were re-sleeved at the beginning of the year to accomadate lower exhaust ports for better high elevation performance, pistons and heads were new at same time, probably 300 miles at most on kit, will be going to utah this weekend to pick up new ride 08', m1000 turbo if thet helps location at all, like to sell this soon to help pay for new sled, call 530-412-0212 for details. thanks clint
 
what i have is cases which are ported to accept the larger pistons, billet cylinders which are in perfect shape, two sets of pistons, billet head with interchangeable domes, also have two different sets of pipes if interested. so basically you need your crank and all the accessories that would already be on your 800 motor. hope this helps let me know if you need more info. if serious possibly could get pictures by the end of the week. thanks clint
 
The only part that you will really be using is your crank,I have the cases,pistons,heads. All your accessories will work fine,and the cool thing is you will be upgrading from non-ves to a ves motor.
