Shroud

This is my neighbours bike,2007 KTM 525,
He spent hrs/days making this shroud,when I took this pic he was being towed out,
he figured it was frozen carb.

I'll believe that, looks like loads of time went into it. Really like the look of that one. I haven't made one yet but I was kind of curious to if some of those plastics melted on the header shield. But I've seen a lot of shrouds cover the headers and get close to them too. I guess with the plastic you could mold it to get away from that stuff but I imagine at over 100 degrees may start to melt if it got close enough.
