I know it has been said but I would look at the TPS and Cables first.
The other items you mentioned have not been as much of an issue if at all on the 11-12 MY's

Got her back from dealer. They adjusted the throttle cable. Said they didn't find anything else wrong. We'll see tomorrow if it fixed it.

Between thawing out and adjusting the throttle the cutting out is fixed. I think the throttle cable was too tight. Find out tomorrow.

I had the same issue with bogging and throttle sticking. Turns out my primary spring was busted. Still need to figure out how to keep ice out of my throttle. This is a 2013 with 350 miles.

More problems with cutting out. Removed the throttle safety switch and that has cured the problem completely.
