damx Well-known member Lifetime Membership Dec 12, 2021 #4 I like 3800-3900 rpm on the snow. More important is a correct belt to clutch shive clearance. This makes the sled move off engagement nice and smooth, and not trench when you don't want it to. This works best for me and my snow/riding conditions.
