Enclosed Trailer Value?

I have an opportunity to but a Haulmark 28ft Enclosed trailer for cheap. It need some minor work but nothing I couldn't do in a weekend or two. I tried it out once and I worked fantastic and fit our 4 longtrack sled easily. My big question is what should I make as the cash offer for this trailer?
It is about 9-10 years old
Does NOT leak
Has 3 new tires and two spares
All lights work
The back ramp need one of the cables re-attached
Need to either be buffed or repainted. Not flaking but looks dull.
And needs new keys on the fuel door and side entry door.
I was thinking of offering $3,000-3,250 because they are asking $3,500

Would my offer be reasonable or are they asking to much. What is everyone paying for enclosed trailers that hold 4 longtrack sleds?

I'd tell them $2800 cash for a trailer that has as many miles as that one probly does being as old as it is. Most of the things you listed are minor. The bearings, hubs & axles are where you will really get burned.

I paid 4200.00 for this trailer last year. It is a 2006 26' plus v-nose, 10k gvw and looked almost like new and had never seen snow.
