Enclosed 4 place trailer question

I am looking to upgrade from my two place enclosed trailer to four place enclosed trailer so my biggest questions are, what width inside the box is best from 6'5" with wheel fenders outside the box or 7' wide with wheel fenders inside the box or 8'5" inside box? I prefer 27 feet long but have hard times to decide on width of box and why is one width dimension better than others and for what reasons?
Secondly, steel or aluminum frame? I am interested in aluminum body but not sure about the frame? My friend has a Haulmark trailer with steel frame and aluminum body that is few years old but frame looks horrible from rust so that kinda of scared me......
Third, who built best trailer based on quality and workmanship and reasonable price...... Your input will be greatly helpful in my decisionmaking.....

if $$$ isnt a problem go alum. 102" wide for the most room and still fairly light---i have a new 27 and its great--haul 5 all the time and wouldnt want any smaller:D

How far do you have to trailer?
Narrower trailers will tow nicer & get better fuel economy.
The downside is having to stagger the load = longer length needed.

I don't care for the ones with wheels below the trailer.
But the ones with wheels on the side that sit real low may tow nice & load easy, but they drag easily entering or leaving parking lots.

As said, go alum.
If you can't afford it, wait 'til you can.
I had a steel frame & it was starting to look ugly.
Well, any time you use it, there will be salt on the road.

Once again, if towing a long distance go with a lower ceiling.
If not towing long distance do not go with a low ceiling. I have hit my head a couple time walking out of the trailer. That pisses a guy off!
Also, I couldn't get my rhino in, about 3" too low. So keep in mind alternative uses.

Consider on board fuel storage.
Elec brakes (surge suck)
Led lighting
Alum wheels

good luck.

Go wide, I hate having to shuffle sleds around. Don't like the wheel wells inside, haven't had problems with above wheel decks. Alluminum is the way to go but, if you must go steel use alluminum on latches. Nothing pizzes me like having them rust up and not be able to get in without a can of WD-40. Height is not much of an issue for me, I'm vertically challenged. :D

I only have a 2 place enclosed, but it's 8' wide and sometimes I wish it were 9' hahaha .. I think having a 7' wide enclosed kinda defeats the purpose of having an enclosed, as it's nice to be able to pull a sled in there and wrench on if you need it.

Go with aluminum, the only downside is cost.
Watch the trlr weight, remember you will be towing on icy roads. Do a towing search on this site, there are plenty of threads on this topic.
Go 8.5' wide, 7' with 4 sleds equals a lot of length but the plus to a 7' is a lower CG, might help with the NoDak winds?
