This site constantly has a line along the bottom wanting to enable push notifications. I click the X to close it and it says "ask me another time" or "never ask again." I always choose "never ask again" yet IT KEEPS COMING BACK. Is there a way to make this go away for good??

Thanks.

Ya, I ABSOLUTELY see the exact same thing myself all the time.
For the life of me I do NOT know why it is behaving in that manner.

Is it a feature of XenForo or is it a plug-in?

As a web application programmer myself, I have a good idea why it's doing it... they are probably setting a cookie for the various selections, and the one they set for "never ask me again" needs to be set to never expire, but I bet they didn't do that.

Hard Coded into ZenForo itself.

Okay then this is what I'd call a bug. It'd be easy enough to fix in the code but the ramifications is that an update to the forum could overwrite it. I'd suggest opening a ticket with XenForo support and see what they have to say about it.

I have a forum running on XenForo so if you wanted to try the manual fix, I can dig into the code on my copy and find where to make the fix and tell you what to do...
