Ellensburg riding

Has anyone been riding above Ellensburg in the last few days. If so how was the snow and riding and where did you go. I thinking of going up on thursday.

I've been up Reecer and Manastash. There isn't enough snow to get off the roads, yet. There was almost as much snow at the Manastash snow park as there was up at Tripod Flats; 18" or so. Hopefully we'll get some good snow before the warmup on Sunday.

Nanuem and Haney was good

I was at both on Saturday.

Lion rock sucked. fogged in, windy, not much snow.

Down in the valleys like Nanuem and Haney was good. At least compared to other areas. About 14 to 18 inches depending on the area.

I talked to a groomer on mon. He thought they should have the groomer out before the weekend.

Saw 1st signs of a groomer this morning (Thursday)....Groomed from Taneum Campground, up to 5 corners (Peoh Pt) and down the 3350 road. Was like a freeway.....Had it all to myself!!!!!!!

Yes, base is getting good.....Just a guess, but I'm thinkin' 15-20 inches at 3,000 ft and above....

went up to reecer today
lots of snow now
it snowed all day long.
id say anywhere from 3-5 feet up top in some of the hidden meadows
anyway another foot and everything would be covered
