Basically, the EFF files an FOIA lawsuit to force the FAA to reveal how umanned aircraft are being used domestically. They publish a list of who is licensed to what extent to pilot these aircraft in a given area, but not what type of aircraft (armed or unarmed) or what the aircraft are being used for.
I don't think it takes much of an imagination to know what they're being used for.
I guess we can all sleep easier at night knowing a bunch of idiot brainwashed drunken college kids from CU Boulder are keeping the lynxes safe by banning us from public land or whatever.
