Electrical Problem

Have a 07 summit that when the head light/acces fuse is in it draws to much power and cuts out the tach and check engine light blinks. Runs fine and everything works when fuse is out. Engine also loses rpms when fuse is out and both sets of warmers are turned on high. Already did relay change. Any ideas?

What's the idle set at? Sounds like you might be set a tad low. Set it to specs and try everything out, it might drop a little RPM'S but not enough to cause the issues you are having.
