Electric trailer jacks. What one do I need??

Tired of using the hand crank tongue jack on my 27ft haulmark!! What brand/model and size of electric tongue jacks do you guys use on your enclosed trailers?? Any input would be a appreciated---

Thanks

I have the Atwood 3500 lb jack. I have one on my 32' ATC and had the same model on my 24' Pace. That is the one that I would COMPLETLY reccomend to anyone. It works at 30 below and even takes care of the Weight distribution work when hooking up the bars. Can't tell you how much i missed it towing my buddys 32' Featherlite.

I had the 2500 lb version and after a bit of use (couple years) it started to slip, so I replaced it with the 3500 and have never looked back. They also have a nice light that lights up the coupler area for hooking up chains and such. I would reccomend having an aux battery on the trailer to hook up when the truck does not have an aux out.

They also have a crank for the event that the jack motor fails but I dont even know where my hand crank is.

There are other brands, but I would rather pay for an atwood than get another for free.

Good luck!

Had the same jack on my Interstate West Enclosed enclosed and loved it. No problems with it after years of use other twice me or my son leaving the light on and draining the trailer battery. The light is nice but not really very bright.

Same jack here. My trailer came with it and I thought it was kinda silly but after using it for awhile now its very nice to have and the light is slick for hooking up at night.
