I'am considering an electric shield for my Modular helmet. What are the pro's and con's of the shield and do they really work in the worst of conditions.

The Electric Modular, or NMFH-"E" model works very well in extremely cold stormy conditions.
It will stay so warm inside that your glasses will even remain fog free.

Original NMFH or Ski Doo Modular helmets and their sheilds can only be purchased at a Doo dealership.
Lazer built them for Ski Doo and Doo is the only supplier.
