Egt ??

Im gonna install a dual EGT on my rmk. Its an 800 w/some mods pipe,can,reeds,air box and flow rites. My question is what kind of exhaust temps should i expect? Im sure it going to vary depending on alt,jets,and conditions but what are you guys seeing? And whats too hot... Im looking to do all i can to eliminate the dreaded crank failure Thanks for any info in advance.
