EGT/water temp

I had a Racepak Avenger II on my last sled that I sold.

I now have a 2010 Crossfire 800 Sno Pro LE and feel a little lost without knowing how the engine is working.
I think I only need to read 1 EGT and the water temp.
What's everyone running on their sled and how are you mounting it (If you willing to share your ideas)

I've been looking at the KOSO gauge, are they any good?

I had my Racepak for 8 years, never had an issue

On, my M1000 i just have dual EGT's and water temp. I mostly just look at one egt and the water temp.

On a side note, I am running an avenger II, and I can't keep the gauges on all the time because i can't fine an rpm pulse. Sled is an 09' M1000, does anyone know where to get the pulse from?

I have a dual egt gauge and also a single egt gauge from koso. I enjoy the simplicity of the gauge. Easy to read quickly and the flashing red lights help let you know something is up. Main thing is to connect them to the dc voltage. If you go AC i have heard of guys ruining their gauges. I just spliced into my fuel pump.

I run a Digatron and so far so good. I take the feed for the pulses from the lighting coil out put. It ties in to the big yellow and red wires that come from the coil and then you have to ground to the engine not the bulkhead to get dc voltage. The digatron comes with a three wire lead for Artic cats so you can get dc voltage.
