Ok this is what i have 2009 D800 163 with 2010 update with PA.13.6.1 head reflashed to 08-09 mapping pcv 157 mapping HPS can running 1 gallon of VP 110 to 10 gallons of 91 octane non enthonl premium fuel the sled run's really good just installed some KOSO dual egt guages.

went riding today my exhaust was running idle was 550 degrees
6000 rpm was around 1250 pto 1230 mag
wot was 1180 pto 1150 mag
i was always told that the mag side runs hotter i checked all my wire to make sure they were hooked up right pto is on A and mag is on B
just looking for some input to see what everyone one thinks.

800 - 1100° Too Rich
1100 - 1300° Good Mixture
1300° F. and Up Too Lean

One mans 1250 is anothers 1100, depends on where your sensors are located. The fact that you're higher at 6K than wot means something (not ideal), hoping someone more knowledgeable will chime in so I can make sense of my own #'s
 
i just did some editing my pto runs hotter than the mag that dont seem right to me i was told mag runs hotter but that was on the old gen II not sure about the new one's
 
egt temps mean nothin if your lean or rich..
your plugs / wash are the indicators..then learn your proper egt temps..

if one million degrees of egt is at wot and your plugs are good at wot in the 1/3..2/3...3/3 throttle blasts...then one million degrees is great..if the egt is at 10 degrees and the rest is good..then 10 degrees is the number..

learn your numbers to the engine...not the engine to the numbers..
