EGT sensor problem

My dealer hasn't been much help, have a 2016 axys 800 with a stage 2 slp kit. The code the sled is throwing says low voltage to the exhaust temperature sensor, I've gone through three now and a brand new one still throws the same code. Any ideas on what could be the problem? Headlight doesn't dim, gauge panel is fine, and the 12v plug under the dash is putting out 14.3v

HAve you cleared the code through Digital Wrench? I think if you don't clear it thrrough DW, it takes awhile for it to clear.

If you have run it for awhile and it doesn't clear, check the voltage to th EGT sensor.

What Murph said, it takes several minutes sometimes before it clears. How long did you run it after installing it?

I haven't checked it with the digital wrench but it ran for about 15 minutes and didn't clear. I haven't checked the voltage at the sensor but what is the voltage supposed to be at the sensor?

I would say there should be 5 volt on one pin and depending on temp something under that going back to ECU.Or maybe OHM check sensor for open or shorted.Maybe you just got a bad one.
