Edge rmk offset axle and slydog wheels

I'm looking for ideas for an offset axle and I want to run slydog wheels.
2,3,4, wheel kit?

Has anyone done this and know what axle and bearings from slydog work?

I ran 2 wheels . but after abut 100 miles on them, they failed. Would not recommend 2, but Slydog did replace them.
