Edge Project - Help

Hi everybody,
Hopefully I dont get bashed for these questions, I'm not new to the sport but you could say I'm new to mods and engine work, I'm 16 but willing to learn all the tricks.

Ive been working on a project sled this summer to keep me busy and my wallet empty, and I'm just about ready to put in the engine.

What I have is a 2002 (I believe) X Edge M-10 Chassis and so far what I've done to it so far is mostly body work, but heres my list:

-Stripped it of all of the ugly faded yellow, sandblasted and painted WHITE,
-Stripped all the stickers off everything and painted the hood with some tape, sandpaper, and paint, added some stickers..
-Ripped out the M-10 suspension and found a 121' polaris skid laying around, and put an extension on it to become a 136,
-Tunnel extension came with the skid extension so that is on aswell
-removed the GIANT stock edge seat, sanded the tunnel and painted it with Herculiner truck liner
-Pivot handlebar riser adapter w/ 4 inch block *5.25 total rise
-SLP extended brake line
-Fabricated a custom seat frame from aluminum laying around my shop,
then cut out a seat design and wrapped it with the pleather from original seat
-Purcased a 2005 600 liberty engine for $300, which needed piston rings and ALL gaskets; $250

The engine is not yet in the sled, but I will be putting it in soon.
Here is a list of products that I have ordered and should be arriving soon.
(I live in Iqaluit, Nunavut -Canada- so shipping to me generally takes 2-3 weeks longer than expected..)

-Two K&N air filters to replace the airbox, mounting them to stick out of the hood, connected to carbs with 2" vacuum hose
-Two Snowcharger covers for the filters
-Camoplast Challenger track 136x2
-PSI Twin pipes with stingers
-LED clear to red brake light

I think thats all i have ordered but its hard to keep track sometimes.

Ill post a pic if someone tells me how :face-icon-small-con

So here are my questions;

With the twin pipes, do I need to change the jetting / mixtures?
I know how to change jets but no idea about the mixtures

And also, what about clutching?
People keep talking about it but I cant understand anything the internet is telling me, can anyone explain it and what i should do in a nutshell please?

any other suggestions are helpful!

leave the stock air box, add slp air intake kit, get flowrites on the hood for more cold air. = more hp
the air pods you will loose hp trying to extend them outside with 2" tubes.
don't waste time and money.
contact manufacture of pipes and get details from them.
if you have any questions you can pm me.

As said, keep the airbox! PSI, thought they were capute... Go with SLP type jetting, 470's for starters and go from there, check your plugs.
