Edge controls question...handwarmers

F
Just wondering things you guys have done to your controls to remove the ugly bulky factory polaris handwarmer switches from your handlebar setups.

I am thinking of switching from bar mounted to toggle switches dash mounted to free up some space on the bars.

Feel free to post pics, wondering what a few options might be

Thanks,

Dusty

cleaning up the bars

ya i got rid of the controls on my bars. i put a wilwood brake cylinder on, a cmx throttle block, and a lefty. i moved the reverse switch and the rest of the controls to the shroud above the tank. i will take a pic and post it when i get home.

Run 440 controls off a pro x brake and throttle. RSI makes a hand warmer or in the polaris 4 wheeler catolog is some warmers with long cables and a nice switch to put next to your key. I just hard wire my hi beam so no dimmer switch. If you have reverse use a motor cycle kill switch.

So whats happens to the tps switches in the throttle block when you switch to a different one?

TPS

The throttle blocks are Polaris Pro-X so the give up is the wide open throttle safety switch. The TPS is on the Mikuni rack and is run by the throttle cable at that location.

I guess the push buttom kill switch is gone too, but I end up tying mine off with rubber bands so I don't accidentally hit it boon docking, etc.
