Edge Clutching HELP please

I have a 2002 Edge X 600 that I bought brand new in the day. It was stock and now I have put in a 600 H.O. motor, team secondary clutch, silencer, 136" 1.25 track and thats about it. I do have it geared down one tooth on the small gear and need help clutching it since I want to buy the parts one and not over and over again. I do alot of aggressive bottom end riding. I dont take it to 100mph all too much but would like the best clutching for a fast low mid range ditch sled with very good response. The team helix is out of an 800 and need to change that along with the weights and springs. I want it to rev to 8100 average all the time. I did polish the cylinders to clean up the ports a little, and have v force reeds. Any input ASAP so I can get the kit tonight would be great thanks.

you need to tell what elevation you plan on riding this at. it will make a difference on the weights you end up with. Or just buy a heel clicker kit that is adjustable but I am not too sure you want something that agressive for loose snow if your riding up in the higher elevations.

Sorry its not a easy one size fits all answer your looking for.......but thats clutching!

Clutching

Have you tried the SLP web site? they have instructions that include jetting, clutching for sleds with their pipes, etc.

It would give you a start on springs, weights, helix, etc.

Run 06 600 Fusion spec's on the Secondary helix angle and spring, i can't recall it off hand. Black/green primary spring, 10-62's. These are the stock fusion numbers.
