ECU remap for Altitude change?

Sorry if this has been asked before... but this is my first fuel injected sled.
I was told that when taking my 09 D800 from low altitude to high, besides changing the clutching, I would have to have the ECU remapped by the dealer. Is this true?

I looked all over and could not find any information.

well thats the good thing about fuel injected over a carb is that you don;t have to change anything it's good to go at any elevation

i ride mine at 800 ft in iowa and 10,000+ in wyoming no changes just clutching and gears out west just get on and go

Like stated above, the only thing you will have to change is the clutch weights.
