Ecu problem

2400 miles and on my third ecu

Ecu got replaced at about 2100 miles because check engine light would come on and off and was showing a bunch of det codes. The ecu was just doing stuff it shouldn't be. Now 300 miles later the same thing happened and they are replacing it again.
This leads me to think there is something else causing this. Any ideas?

possibly a voltage regulator issue.

mine is doing the same but i have a silber turbo on it. not sure what to do

I thought it could be voltage regulator but they checked that and it was good. I just think it would be very bad luck to get two bad ecu's

check your grounds, and look for a short ?
