Well I need the actuall answer cause I noticed after I installed my ECU with EVO flash it flashed the wrench a couple times. Normal or not normal? It was 2 or 4 times

Couple dozen Evo flashes and no issues I've heard this far, and believe me I'm sure I would have heard lol.

It did it pror to EVO flash. If I remember right it does it right at start up then stops flashing wrench after a few seconds

That is correct- and in the ownwes Manual is states it is a systems check- if the wrench doesn't go out then count the flashes.
