I certainly think government (dems and repubs) and big business share a blame in all this. However, the government and business may provide the opportunity to buy suspect mortgages, it is still the buyers responsibility to ensure the affordability of the property.

Let me guess, you didn't bother to watch the vid or you wouldn't have put up such a moronic statement.

There is blame aplenty to go around.
It does show the difference between Obama and McCain.
McCain proposed some measures that "could" have stopped or at least muted this mess where as the Dems blocked any and all attempts to curtail it and Obama was partly to blame for the mess to begin with. He had the best intentions but no idea of the short/long term ramifications of what was being done.

You should watch the vid and check out the sources.

you settle for half of what its worth right ................the company that just bailed you out gets X ,....in short everybody but you gets fawked out of the innitial ................any questions ?????

and they are still doing this till this very day
