East Summit suspension needs west advice

I’m new in the sport, I’ve started 3 winter ago with a 2010 Tundra LT with a 2.131’’ track, got hooked, bent the front suspension, than switch to 2011, 800 E-tec Summit X 163’’.

I’m 5’10’’ and weight 160. I don’t mind about trail setting, I need advice for pow.

Actual machine set-up is:
-Front suspension as soft as it can be
- Stock position limiter strap (shortest position)
-rear shock almost ¾ down (stock)
-rear block in 1 position (softest)

So... my problem is that the sweet spot position is about 24’’ back on the running board. When my weight is on that area I can roll the machine as I want, side hill and feel confidant to control the beast. But it’s too far back as far as comfort.
I taught about adding a 2’’ riser on my bar so I could stand up a little more but I know that it won’t be enough to ride in a more straight position.

I’m looking to move that ‘’sweet spot’’ forward. With the Tundra it was about 9’’ back from the cab and that’s what I’m looking for.

So far from forum searching here and there, I think that I should give more length to the limiter strap to lift the front of the machine, and if so, move my weight forward.

I’m right ??? What do you think ?
And please excuse my English writing.
