Ears 3-13

:D Beautiful day today at the Ears, no PJ the snow is not baked down to dirt nor is it rotten, 5 to 6 inches of fresh even more closer to Buff pass and it stayed that way all day long even with the blazing sun, temp was prefect! Probably the best boondockin day in years, 53 miles of tree bashin and back to the lot by 2:30. Mark, I have to give you credit, you still got it!! No one is better at laying down tracks in the trees!!! I felt like a greyhound chasing the rabbit today, thanks for the ride, the ole blue tractor did quite well I must say and those Fox Floats are premo... Sorry Todd you bailed so soon, maybe next time. The millionaires club was parked in the lot today.

Yep we have been having fun up here, and enjoying the company of good friends. We even put our cones for "PJ THE JERK" to come up and join us.

6" of fresh just isn't enough to challenge yourself or the sled. I never said it was down to dirt, just rotten. Just my opinion, but maybe I have been spoiled by the deep pow that I have laid the XP in last year and this season.

no challenge??? I can help!...your welcome to ride with me, pick a day and I'll lay down some really cool lines, on so called "hero" snow, that will more than satisfy your quest for adversity.....now won't that be fun?

I play in the trees too, just like the snow to be deeper. I spend 70% of my ride boondocking to get to my stashes.

Hell, i'll go.

Spring riding isn't bad, but this snow really does suck.

What's the nearest town? I'd like to keep an eye on the weather. We were supposed to head to the Snowies on
Weds thru the weekend, but 50 degree temps...I dunno

Thanks,
Fradiecat

40 degrees all week on NWS, Kremmling is closest town....we'll be up there friday, Muddycreek around 9:30-10:00 for anyone that would like to ride some difficult, challenging spring terrain with someone who knows the area well....be prepared to eat pine and be on the throttle all day.....my favorite section is here....

Thanks for the update. Coming with my 65 yr old Father-in-law and his Z1 cruizer.
I think it automatically shuts down if it leaves the trail. :) Anyways, is there a variety
of both trail and play areas?

Try the south side for trails with some fun play areas where the Z1 can watch from the trail while you have fun.
