I own with a buddy of mine, a 22' Eagle American trailer. It has the 5th sled tie down, but with 4-155's we haven't used the 5th---yet!! pulled it twice 600 miles one way each trip with my 1/2 ton crew GMC. Pulls great, rides great, with the flip down ride off ramps/ salt shield, it didn't pull that much worse than a two place with a square salt shield. The trailer is very strong even for it's length- with no side to side twisting or rear end sagging. I've seen other trailers sag behind the trailer axles- don't know if those trailers have ever been abused or misused- but this one works very well and am very happy with our investment! We did however replace all the lights with LED's. Mostly cause it looks sooooo cool!! Whatever you decide, as with any trailer, if it's used check the tires for uneven wear. Also, you have a choice with the trailer brakes. Either surge or electric brakes. Personally, I prefer electric brakes, our trailer has surge brakes. We didn't use the brake system on the trailer last season- the DOT everywhere requires brakes on trailers over a certain GVWR. But, sensible driving habits will stop you just as easy if we had the brakes in operation on the trailer.
Good luck on whatever you decide!!
