E3 Spark Plugs- Is it all a bunch of hype?

This is what they claim these plugs offer:

- Better Fuel Economy
- Increased Horsepower
- Reduced emissions
- Easier Starting
- No Fouling!

I'm wondering if anyone has tried these in your sled and/or vehicle and what your opinion is. Are they all their cracked up to be?

I've been seeing a lot of ads for them lately, wanna find out if they're worth giving a shot.

hey if they claim to put a couple of feet of fresh on the ground i'd buy a set kidding aside most of these claims in a real world situation you will never see a difference. the one main improvement they have made in plugs i would say are the single and double platinums. i have put rebuilt engines in newer cars with over 200,000 miles plenty of times that still have the factory platinum plugs in them. doesn't say much for the owners maintainence program but does say a lot about the platinum plugs. since the center electrode and its grounding point are platinum the plug gap hardly wears and they burn at a higher intensity cleaning themselves much better. if you put that many miles on a standard plug i doubt there would be a center electrode left at all!

some one that has there sled on a dyno should get some of these and the other plugs and see if there is a differance. Horsepower TV tested a bunch of plugs and the E3s did make the most horsepower on the engine they dynoed but who knows who sponsored that segment of the show.
