E-6000 or Pliobond to repair tore lugs?

I have heard on here about both of these adhesives, just wondering who out there has used them and how they worked. The lugs are still connected and I would like to keep them connected.

Not a torn lug but a tear about 2" in from the outside of track. I used Pliobond and 3 tie-wire stitches and I really have to look close to find it. Just over 600 miles on repair.

I found the E 6000 locally actually it was E 6100 They said the difference was just the 6100 is thicker and its black, it's in a caulk tube. Thanks for the reponses. I'll give it a try.
