Is anyone running a Slp pipe but not an Slp silencer? Dynotech research claims that only the Slp silencer will fit the pipe. However the silencer is considered a bolt on for the stock pipe. If one is interchangeable why would the other not e interchangeable? Anyone have any input?

Looks the the hps fits okay it's just pushed forward a little. Why not use the dyno port pipe it made more power than the slp pipe at dyno tech, and no power commander req?

SLP has different cans for the stock pipe and their own pipe I believe. I think it even says in the description for the can for the stock pipe that it will not work with the SLP pipe.
Do you happen to have an hps? Would be possible to add a pup piece tube in between the donut flange and the ell going into the canister? Or is it not worth the effort?

Give it up Buddy Boy! Pull your pants up and bolt the SLP Pipe set on. Ya, it ain't that loud, so what?
Just looking for a little extra weight savings to offset my fat ***. Also, i figured you would like a warning sound when the assault is about to come flaming by the d8.

just an update im running brads head, clutch kit, and slp pipe and can untill today i switched the slp can out for the hps can and its never sounded better, sound is awesome, i swear i felt a little gain, and not one bog, really happy with the performance
