Hello, I have not been on the forums much lately as I am buried with work testing the xp sleds.
I apologize for taking so long to release but I've got my test guys to run all the clutch parts through the ringer and finally come up with something that is all around good from sea level to highest elevations with a lightweight pin kit - Keeping the kit economical bang for buck.
The amount of helix's I made was part of the reason for taking so long, then add up custom programming and drop ship courier, waiting for feedback, try another helix and other measurement issues to add to the time.
Testing is complete on the summit xp kit and it's balanced quite well so a tuner should be able to install the kit as per the setup sheet and go from there. As usual with my kits about the only tuning ever needed is for a particular application having to adjust up or down a 1/2 gram to get the engine to pull at rated rpms for your own body weight and the region with snow that you operate in.
Confirm that you have the correct belt width - The belt is supposed to be 1.5 inches wide.
Some belts with 166 number and white writings is 1-3/8 wide this will reveal high temperatures from fluctuating rpms and poor belt deflection.
TURN THE KNOB ALL THE WAY OUT TO LOOSE - ADJUST BELT TO RUN AT THE OUTER RIM - TURN KNOB BACK IN UNTIL IT TOUCHES THE HELIX, TIGHTEN 1/8 TURN - TIGHTEN INSIDE LOCK NUT 4 FULL TURNS.
Availability:
Dalton has been working hard for me and getting me in small batches of helix's until they catch up on their end.
A lineup list is available and I've been contacting people, sending kits out as we speak, as the helixes come in the order will be fulfilled and sent by courier as always.
If you are looking for a kit, email me at

In the subject line put [XP kit]
Or call 807.346.9701
I am sorry I can't answer the dootalk message service, I am pegged right off the end with emails/calls I even had to hire someone to pack kits and do paperwork for me.
The Price is $265 kit in Canadian dollars
$25 UPS 5~7 day ground service
============================
Here is the setup sheet below...
3500’ TO 14000’ELEVATION SUMMIT XP 800
----------
QR helix
QR primary spring
13g~19g gram pin
Use stock purple secondary spring - Use stock 166 belt with ORANGE writing - Confirm your belt is 1.5" wide.
Use stock gears or lower and right down to 20:49 will work fine.
Initial Setup:
--------------
16 grams on clicker 4 for 3500’~8000’ @ 8150 "actual" or 8300 Tach
16 grams on clicker 5 for 8000’ + @ 8150 "actual" or 8300 Tach
On the QRS when descending a hill the sled will idle down to about 2000rpm and little compression braking - A quick flip of the throttle to 4500-5000rpm and the clutch will "catch," and compression braking will start. Approximate 60% compression braking strength without locking the track up.
Principles:
*Flyweight determines rpms.
Need more rpms = Reduce flyweight mass.
Need less rpms = Add flyweight mass.
Principles:
*Clicker number influences the "response" of the system.
Need quicker response = Raise clicker #.
Need engine to push harder = Lower clicker #
*****SECONDARY ADJUSTER KNOB*****
TURN THE KNOB ALL THE WAY OUT TO LOOSE - ADJUST BELT TO RUN AT THE OUTER RIM - TURN KNOB BACK IN UNTIL IT TOUCHES THE HELIX, TIGHTEN 1/8 TURN - TIGHTEN INSIDE LOCK NUT 4 FULL TURNS.
Happy tuning
Joey
