I ran a HKS on my m8t good valve simple just one vaccumm line tapped into the motor side of the throttle bodies worked great. It was located on the charge pipe as the sled did not have a IC. (cool sound too)
Do you have a picture where you put the vacum tap on the throttle body?
On a car the vacum for the BOV is connected after the throttle body... If not the vacumline would never "see" vacum, only boost from the turbo...
I just used the oil injection ports after removing the oil injection, if your using oil injection then you need to drill and tap just behind the throttle plate on top of the throttle body, I think its on top it has been awhile since I did an install with that set up. Some of the original BD kits did it that way.
