dumb question, about m7/firecat

are arctic cat firecats-f-seies and m series interchangeable to the bottom body or sidepanels, could i put a f series hood on a m series sled, building a mod, like the firecat hood, just need to know what plastcs match,thanks

They are NOT interchangeable. The plastics are completely different on the two chassis's.

The plastics are different but I was just looking at both my sleds today and it looks like my Firecat hood would fit on my M. If you're building something to ride deep snow, don't put a Firecat hood on it. The beak will plug up with snow and it starves for air. There's nothing worse than that when you're trying to climb something sketchy or somewhere with really deep snow.
