Atleast this dude was man enough to turn himself in. I'm betting he thought they would flush as he got closer and was just intending to waterskip, and not to mow down the ducks. Atleast I hope that is the case.

Yeah glad he turned him self in but dosnt fix any of that Sh*t he pulled and made the rest of our Riders out there look like sh*t. Strap him to a floty through him in the water hole and let him get it right back. What a shmuck!!!

Probably drunk off his butt and went water skipping or did not know that the warm spot was there. Saw the press and fessed up. One pass, might have been a mistake. Take a look at the alcohol related deaths in Wis this year, they have a problem there with drinking and sledding. Just another case of a drunk on a sled?......To bad.
