Lift the front and suspend it with the skis off the ground. (milk-crate or similar works)
Remove the shocks on both sides.
Clean the shocks with soap and water.
Blow them off.
Give the adjuster nuts a good soaking with some penetrating oil to avoid seizing the nut.
Back off the adjuster nut after a couple hours of soaking until the nut is really loose on the spring.
Back the adjuster nut all the way off and clean all the threads well.

Make sure you use molybdenum (silver color) rather than copper anti seize for the nut.
Slide the top retainer ring off...remove the old spring and replace with the new ones
with slider in the portion of the body of the shock.
Make sure that the aluminum Z-Broz collars are on each end before install (they come with the springs)
Install the retainer ring and adjust the nut..
If you have a season of use on the shocks... I HIGHLY recommend that you send in your shocks for service to Gas Shock Repair or Carls etc...
Get them serviced with only full synthetic oil... I go with TRS's recommendation of Amsoil 5w "Shock Therapy" oil.
