Dry box, has anyone used one of these?

It looks like a basic pelican box to me. We use them in our kayaks to keep stuff dry, cameras, lunch, safety gear, etc

4Z---We have used these in the marine enviroment for years--Work Awesome as long as you keep the seals clean and uncut. Tim is right--just like the Pelican boxs---We used them on the Dive Charter for the big $ camera and video gear.

H20SKE...

Working hard today??

Yep, that'd be a pelican case.

If you don't want to pony up $$$$ for pelican cases, Storm cases are just as good. Serpac makes equipment cases for a lot cheaper, I have a few of them at my desk i'm mounting some test equipment into ($4000 camera/lighting setup, $1200 data acquisition board, $600 telephone simulator) and they're pretty solid. DigiKey carries these for $60-ish.

Ya a wet BOX is way more user friendly...... LMFAO:D

LMFAO!!!

I just talked to the folks at Adrenaline PSA and very good customer service (which is kind uncommon these days) and I like the mounting systems. Stainless hardware easy install (I am tired of re-inventing the wheel on all my stuff.....getting old I guess). I ordered up one for my POO.
And yea, as you all said, Pelican case, but it was the "system" and customer service that sold me.

Thanks again for the edumacation

I bought me a few months back a really high dollar spotting scop and have been looking for a different case. I think the pelicans are over priced. Thanks for the heads up on these.
