Drop-In 1300cc Injectors In Stock For Polaris Pro...

Injector Dynamics 1300 cc injectors are in stock and distributed through Cody Phillips Racing. We have tested these injectors through a variety of other applications and are excited to install them in our Pro. Last year I rode the majority of the year at 14 lbs. of boost and my injector duty was around 90% with ID 1,000's and no secondaries in my sled.

The 1300's are a great alternative to running stock primaries and secondaries to get enough fuel to support a turbo application.

These are especially great for anyone who is running a stand alone EMS like the VIPEC or other option. These would likely work well with the Bullydog system given the right mapping.

The great part about the 1300's is they are the exact same height as the factory injectors so they'll drop right into the rail without any spacers or modifications. Leave the plumbing and wiring headaches behind and run enough primary injector to the job the first time!

For anyone that is interested in running these injectors please contact me directly at Cody@codyphillipsracing.com.

Some reading:
The ID1300 is an all new injector, designed in partnership with Bosch Motorsport*

This collaboration has given us the ability to design a high flow injector with characteristics specific to the needs the high-performance tuner.

The ID1300 was designed with alternative fuels in mind, and is the only performance injector available with all stainless internals. It is compatible with all known fuels, and will stand up to the corrosive nature of alcohol better than any injector on the market.

While the ID1300 was designed with an eye towards ethanol fueled engines, we have accounted for the occasional need to convert back to gasoline. The ID1300 has a minimum fuel mass compatible with gasoline use, and will provide exceptional idle and cruise behavior under these conditions.

In addition to its multi-fuel capabilities, the compact body of the ID1300 allows fitment in 200+ applications, making it the most versatile injector in our lineup.

Cody, do you find tuning easier using two large injectors, compared to stock primary's and aftermarket secondary's? Building my turbo kit now, and I have the opportunity to go either way.

Transitioning secondaries can be tricky in some applications. But I haven't found it to be tricky at all on snowmobiles. For me I think it makes sense to keep it simple. As long as you have a 1:1 FPR you shouldn't need secondaries with a larger than stock primary. Unless you're going for 15+lbs of boost or something, then you MIGHT need them. For me it makes more sense to not do the 2nd rail, lines, fittings, two more injectors, wiring, etc. This is why you never see secondaries on cars until they go to a fuel where it's absolutely necessary like e-98 or methanol. In the past I ran ID 2,000's in my sled and they were a bit much for gasoline, but that's also when I was experimenting with e-85 so they were perfect for that.

I'm confident the 1300's will be the best of both worlds. Larger injector with better than stock atomization and control.

Some pics of a stock injector vs. the ID 1300. You can tell these will flow alot more just based on the custom tips provided to ID solely by Bosch USA. Assembled by Bosch USA as well. Each set is flow matched perfectly to 1300cc's.

We offer replacement injector wiring harnesses for the Pro RMK. Have them instock for 11/12, 13, and 14 Pro Rmk's. This way you don't have to cut up your factory harness.

Justin,

That would be a nice addition for a PNP option. You should share your price on the connectors so anyone interested in this thread will know!

The kits are:

11/12 or 14 $100
13 $110

Also this would lower the price of your injector setup as well. Due to not having to include the connectors.

Thanks
Justin
