Does anyone make a template or kit for a drop and roll chaincase on a nytro? And if so is it worth it?, I got a nytro bulkhead I figured it might a good mod while I'm hacking it up

I don't think you can drop and roll a nytro. Half of the chain case is integrated into the bulkhead.
Just unbolt the chaincase and move it down to the drop and roll set of holes
I guess I should take a closer look at my bulkhead before I start hacking, its been in my truck all week
I am no expert on drop and rolls, but I do know with enough talent anything can be done. Why couldn't a guy weld in the existing area where the chain case goes. Probably need to over weld the entire area where you need to move it to, then have a cnc machine re-mill your new chain case in its new position.

Normally it would be something i would consider, a co worker of mine is a very good sled builder and fabricator, but I just don't have the means to take it on, hell I don't even have a shop to use. Maybe a sawzall, sheet metal and jb weld should do the trick

If a guy really had to have one and I can't personally see why, but anyways the way to do it would be to use the Diamond-S side plates and replace the stock bulkhead sides then use an Apex chaincase. Everything else ie steering gate, subframe etc would bolt right up. The DS Plates have a 3/4" x 3/4" D&R built in. The stock bulkhead isn't a viable option.
