Driver problem

I Switched to ant. ratchet drivers and a new track and went for a test drive and the tip of the rails is touching the drivers when I go over a bump. So the sled is a 03 rev 440 race chassis, the track is 121 1 3/4 and 2.52 pitch. The new drivers are (#504152503 9 tooth from a 05 race chassis) could they possibly be 2.86 drivers? WHat to do now? Does anyone know when Doo switched to 2.86 drivers for the race chassis?
Can I put my old drivers back on safely since they are a press fit?

Any help would be great as I am trying to ride next week for a few days and well this is a major hicup.

05 should still be 2.52. The XP's went to 2.86 and they changed up the lengths of the tracks, 146, 154, 163 etc. Trim down the front of your rail and put the caps back on, id give that a try bro.

Just trim a bit off the front of the rail, cycle the susp. check for clearance if still hits trim till it clears.

found out the rails are an inch to long to run extros so I will cut them down on Sat. Damn it was sunny out there today too and I did not want to put my sled back on the trailer.

just keep er pinned WFO (punn intended) and your drivers/rails will eventually wear out enough that they wont hit anymore
