I am all about quality and that was nice snow for sure. But I would not change my snow for anything...yes it is not as light but move a few hours north and it is! I ski a lot as well and our costal snow is still wicked for skiing, so with a sled you way heavier and even the heavy powder is nice...plus we got over 40 feet of pow, this season and february is usually a big month so I will take my slightly heavier pow, but tons of it...it is a little different to ride in for sure though as I noticed upon arriving back to 3 feet of fresh...I really don't analyze snow quality much or where I am as long as it is deep and fun!!
