Driven Clutch rebuild kit question?

I have a 2002 800 RMk. The Polaris parts diagrams show the Pin roller with a part number of 5133054. The rebuild kit listed 1101169 calls out a pin roller with part number 5133079 (for 700 RMk in 2003) and the 2003 rebuiuld kit is still the same number 1101169.

What the hell. What is the correct rebuild part number for the 2002 and the 2003 800 RMk Wide roller clutches.

I currently have a 2201169 rebuild kit.....and a 2202376 rebuild kit (I am going to put that kit in a 2005 800 Rmk clutch).

Help?

I can't help you with rebuild kit part #'s but all the wide roller (0.540) rollers and pins are the same to my knowledge. The difference in kits I have seen is some have bushings for the cap and moveable sheave and some are just spider rebuild kits. I know some of, or maybe all of, the 800's had an hd bushing in the cap compared to other twins. I wouldn't have a problem running whatever rollers or pins from any wideroller kit.

Sorry, this is the primary your talking about isn't it?

yes it is......Thank you...so confusing.....I will check everything with my caliper to ensure I am not installing different parts.

Thanks
