What is the best for drag race on snow 9 tooth drive sprocket or 10 tooth drive sprocket on a firecat for 600 ft

the larger the front drive, generally gives you more track on the ground and a possibility of better final drive... you need to do some math and calculate what you want the final gear ratio at optimal RPM will be in MPH. Then you go and test.
